Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs use of the rsQd platform by all users — customers, providers, and operators. Violations may result in immediate account suspension and legal action. This AUP forms part of the rsQd Terms of Service.

1. Prohibited User Conduct

You must not:

• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading service requests
• Impersonate any person, entity, or qualified professional
• Use false vehicle or location information to game the dispatch system
• Solicit off-platform payments to avoid rsQd's commission
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or rsQd staff
• Discriminate against providers or customers based on protected characteristics
• Record or photograph other users without their knowledge or consent
• Attempt to manipulate ratings or reviews fraudulently

2. Prohibited Provider Conduct

Providers must not:

• Accept jobs without holding valid, unexpired licences and insurance
• Operate a vehicle that does not meet roadworthy standards
• Misrepresent service capabilities (e.g. accept a heavy-vehicle tow with an unsuitable truck)
• Abandon a job after acceptance without notifying rsQd support
• Share account credentials with unauthorised persons
• Use location spoofing or any technique to artificially appear in an area
• Engage in predatory pricing or demand payments beyond the accepted offer

3. Platform Integrity

You must not:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform
• Introduce malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Attempt to access accounts other than your own
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the platform
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform

4. Content Standards

Any content you submit (photos, chat messages, reviews) must not:

• Contain hate speech, discriminatory language, or slurs
• Contain sexually explicit or violent material
• Infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• Include personal data of third parties without their consent

5. Legal Compliance

You must comply with all applicable local laws in your jurisdiction. In particular:

• KSA users: compliance with Saudi traffic laws, ZATCA tax obligations, and SDAIA data regulations
• Turkish users: compliance with Turkish traffic code, consumer protection law (6502), and KVKK
• US users: compliance with applicable state and federal law

6. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in: warning, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, withholding of pending payouts, and/or referral to law enforcement. rsQd's determination of a violation is final, subject only to the Appeals process (rsqd@robaiotics.com).
