How does rsQd work?
rsQd connects customers who need roadside assistance (towing, battery jump-starts, tyre changes, fuel delivery, lockout service) with nearby verified providers. You submit a request in the app, providers near you receive it, one accepts, and they come to you. Payment happens through the app.
How do I cancel a request?
You can cancel a request from the job screen in the app before the provider arrives. Cancellation is free before the provider is dispatched. A cancellation fee may apply after the provider is en route. See the full Cancellation Policy in our Terms of Service.
How are providers verified?
All providers must upload valid driving licence, vehicle registration, and insurance documents. These are reviewed (with AI assistance and human oversight) before a provider is approved to take jobs on the platform.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account from Profile → Settings → Delete Account in the app. All personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. tax records). For a formal data erasure request, use /data-request.
I'm in Saudi Arabia — who is my data controller?
For users identified by a +966 phone number or KSA GeoIP, your data controller is Purple Techniques Ltd (CR# 7054976373, Riyadh). Full PDPL disclosure: /pdpl. DPO contact: rsqd@robaiotics.com.
I'm in Turkey — who is my data controller?

How do payouts work for providers?
Providers receive payouts to their connected Stripe account. After job completion, funds are held briefly then released per the platform payout schedule. For payout issues, contact rsqd@robaiotics.com.

كيف تعمل منصة rsQd؟
تربط rsQd العملاء الذين يحتاجون إلى مساعدة على الطريق بمزودي خدمة موثقين قريبين. ترسل طلبك عبر التطبيق، يتلقى المزودون القريبون منك الطلب، يقبله أحدهم ويأتي إليك، ويتم الدفع عبر التطبيق.
كيف أحذف حسابي وبياناتي؟
يمكنك حذف حسابك من إعدادات التطبيق. تُحذف جميع بياناتك الشخصية خلال 30 يوماً، باستثناء ما يُلزمنا القانون بالاحتفاظ به. لطلب رسمي لحذف البيانات، زُر /data-request.
أنا في المملكة العربية السعودية — من هو المتحكم في بياناتي؟
