This Privacy Policy describes how RobAiotics Corp. ("rsQd", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use the rsQd application and platform. rsQd operates globally through three licensed entities: RobAiotics Corp. (United States), Purple Techniques Ltd (Saudi Arabia, CR# 7054976373), and PURQLEX İÇ VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (Turkey). The applicable entity depends on where you are located.

If your phone number begins with +966 or your device IP resolves to KSA, Purple Techniques Ltd (CR# 7054976373, Riyadh) acts as your data controller under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL — Royal Decree M/19, 1443H).
Your rights under PDPL Articles 4–9: access, correction, erasure, portability, restriction, and objection. DPO: rsqd@robaiotics.com.
Cross-border transfers to US processors (Stripe, Firebase, OpenAI, Resend, Twilio) are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses under PDPL Article 29.
ZATCA notice: Payment invoices for KSA transactions are retained for 7 years as required by ZATCA VAT e-invoicing regulations.

7. Turkey (KVKK)

8. Children
rsQd is not directed to persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Contact rsqd@robaiotics.com if you believe a minor has submitted data.
9. Security
We apply TLS 1.2+ in transit, encrypted storage at rest, role-based access control, and periodic security reviews. We have documented breach notification procedures compliant with applicable law.
10. Updates
We may update this policy for regulatory or operational reasons. The version stamp at the top of this page identifies the current version. Material changes are notified via the app or email.

حقوقك بموجب المواد 4-9 من نظام PDPL: الوصول والتصحيح والحذف والنقل والتقييد والاعتراض. مسؤول حماية البيانات: rsqd@robaiotics.com.
إشعار ZATCA: تُحتفظ بفواتير المدفوعات الخاصة بمعاملات المملكة العربية السعودية لمدة 7 سنوات وفقاً لأنظمة إصدار الفواتير الإلكترونية لضريبة القيمة المضافة الصادرة عن هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك.

- سجلات الدفع والفواتير: 7 سنوات (ZATCA/المتطلبات الضريبية)
- سجلات الموافقة: 5 سنوات
